Holiday Dinner Name Plate/Napkin Ring

Trying to figure out a way to place everyone at the dinner table without a fight or a dinner roll thrown. Why not make name placements. Below I'll show you a colorful crafty way of doing so.

Supplies you will need are:

First of all Pattern Paper. I used Fancy Pants 8 x 8 Happy Holidays Paper Pack/, A heavy liquid Glue/Glossy Accents, seed beads, Gems for embellishments, Black pen, border punch, and accent ink.

First cut two strips. One 1" wide by 4", the other cut it 2" by 4"

Then with the 2" strip, border punch both long sides.

Glue the strips together

Find a fun festive PP that you can use as a die cut. I used these funky Christmas trees.

For the base of your name plate cut a 3" circle. Pop dot your die cut. Make sure to leave enough room for your writing.

Write your Guest's name on the circle and if you like doodle around the edge. Once that is done take your thick liquid glue generously around the edge of the circle. Then dip it into the seed beads. Let it dry.

Once it dries you can add any little gems or glitz that you would like. Then you can glue the two ends of your strips that you had cut earlier and make a ring. Then attach the circle over your seam on the ring.

There you go, a festive and fun way to seat your guests during the holidays.
